Washing: Gentle hand washing and rinsing in lukewarm water is recommended. Use high-quality liquids for washing wool, e.g. Perwool liquid.
Drying: Dry flat and avoid strong heat sources, e.g. a radiator. Remember that Merino wool does not need to be washed frequently. Merino wool needs to be washed much less often than other fabrics. Its natural fibers are not an environment that favors the development of bacteria. Merino has self-cleaning properties and does not absorb unpleasant odors. Merino blankets often only need to be aired to regain their full freshness.
